Introduction

There is no matter as such… All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.” –Max Planck

  • Was your mortal material body not created out of consciousness?
  • Was your mortal form not created out of design by intelligent mind?
  • Were you not born into this mortal experience without a mortal identity?
  • Before your human identity was fully forced upon your brain-mind-matrix, by those closest to you—were you concerned with your human identity—
    • who you were…
    • what others believed about you…
    • what you believed about others…
    • what time of day it was…
    • whether playing hard and sweating made you smell bad…
    • how long you spent—

watching an ant…

      • chasing a butterfly…
      • playing in a mud puddle…
      • playing hide and seek…
      • playing with a childhood friend…
      • playing with an imaginary friend…
      • drawing imaginary people and places…
      • making sounds on a musical instrument…
      • exploring…observing…learning…?

Until your identity was fully forced into your material memory mold…along with the pre-existing rules of conduct, engagement and beliefs of those closest to you…time stood still… Days of exploring…observing…and learning…seemed to go on…forever…until your state of sheer wonder and pure creativity was…imprisoned within your brain-mind matrix…

Before your creative imagination was shackled and imprisoned…you had no need for a human identity… You were wholly unconcerned with what was happening in the world outside of your exploring…observing…learning…and creative doing…

  • Who were you before you became imprisoned by the human identity, which was forced into your material memory mold?
  • Did you know that you were a…human material being?
  • Did it matter to you, who and what you were, before an identity was forced upon you?

May you remember who you were and…are

42:12.12 On a material world you think of a body as having a spirit, but we regard the spirit as having a body. The material eyes are truly the windows of the spirit-born soul. The spirit is the

  • architect,
  • the mind is the builder,
  • the body is the material building.
  • What is the deeper meaning in this passage?

You were born into this material and mortal experience with a spiritual identity—not an intellectual one. No sooner, however, than the exiting of the mother’s womb—your intellectual identity was established and much of your early intellectual training was…

  • the drilling into you of your name and mortal identity within the family unit,
  • the constant learning of new and specialized skills, and
  • the vast number of do’s and don’ts, the social rules and regulations of interacting with parental authority, as well as with siblings, peers and other adults.

The teaching of the recognition of your true spiritual nature and identity is largely…suppressed…or even destroyed—becoming nonexistent—until it is rediscovered through conflict—adversity—the discovery that you are human and are experiencing many natural limitations of the exercise of your sovereign free will…

Increasingly, everything in your mortal material experience becomes…regimented…reduced to a secular routine… A great deal of how you begin to perceive your identity, in relation to the material world around you, is programming received from parents, grandparents, relatives, through public education, the media and peer pressure.

The fear of being who, deep inside, you know you really are… And it is this fear of being—revealing your true self—first, to yourself, and subsequently, to the world around you, which becomes self-imprisoning; your beliefs–the daily beliefs–self and other-concepts you continually focus upon inside your thinking–literally–physically becomes the prison for both mind and body. And it requires spiritual courage–an extraordinary act of morality–to break away from this self-imprisoning fear—to allow yourself, once more, to be your true self—your truest character—your spiritual self—your spiritual identity
