Through the Eyes of a Child 1

Cool breezes, morning sneezes and sunny days…
looking at the world through the eyes of a child…
I want to run free, today…
I want to run wild and play…
I want to run wild…
stop these moments in time…
and watch the fluttering by of a butterfly in flight…
coo-cooing doves nearby…
feel my soul…growing inside…

Through the eyes of a child…this world is a place of wonder…
each day of life…we are imagining our future…
oh, are you small enough to see your self-reflection
in the mirrored face at the spirit’s edge…
in the whole of the Universe…? It is getting clearer…

Through the Eyes of a Child 6

Winter freezes, Spring teases… Feel the sun’s warming rays…
facing your spirit within my mind…I feel your love…this way…
I give you my love, today… I want to be loved…
searching for your light in the eyes of the child…
I want to share love today…
I want to give love away..
I want to know love…
stop these moments in time…
and watch the fluttering by of a butterfly in flight…
coo-cooing doves nearby…
feel my soul…growing inside…

Through the eyes of a child…this world is a place of wonder…
each day of life…we are imagining our future…
oh, are you small enough to see your self-reflection
in the mirrored face at the spirit’s edge…
in the whole of the Universe…? It is getting clearer…

Through the Eyes of a Child 5

Through the eyes of a child…this world is a place of wonder…
each day of life…let us imagine our future…
are you small enough, my child…to see…
my indwelling spirit is your true direction…?
and your true character is my spirit’s reflection…?

Cool breezes, morning sneezes and sunny days…
looking at the world through the eyes of a child…
I want to run free, today…
I want to run wild and play…
I want to run wild…
stop these moments in time…
and watch the fluttering by of a butterfly in flight…
coo-cooing doves nearby…
feel my soul…growing inside…
