The Truth in My Error

(Written June 14th, 2014)

right and wrong truth and error

What was right and what was wrong…
jumping into things…headlong…
so assertive…so headstrong…
so full of youthful fear…

Looking back there is but right…
there must be wrong to see light…
to be the daytime after night…
to live the truth so clear…

You choose to see right from wrong…
let it be your heart-soul song…
as your days of life grow long…
and end of days grow near…

Right and wrong truth and error…
be the real…not the actor…
wisdom follows ever after…
spirit is the seer…

Next exit to your future…
your question is your answer…
door into the hereafter…
whispers grow loud…I hear…

Your voice leads me to your light…
out of black of mortal night…
expands to eternal sight…
into one being cohere…

One personality-mind-
identity-spirit rhyme-
soul emerging all entwined…
child of God…heart sincere…

Wisdom is your earthbound friend…
one that is there to the end…
and by your side will commend…
to truth…you did adhere…

“Behold the window into the wonders of the limitless heavens! Endlessly breathtaking experiences…beyond imagination…are there for the striving acceptance… And they will be yours! If what you see you are disbelieving…my friend…you haven’t seen anything, yet…

Staring into the Infinitessimal Center…you do observe…seven-dimensional streams of intelli-directed energy…all pouring continuously into your mind soul-form…lifting your super consciousness right out of your head…right out of the realm of what may be called…human…pulling your light-form directly toward the well-nigh incomprehensible cultural center of the Sagittarius star-cloud…pulling you…Home…”

I am deeply impressed with the custom of Jesus in going apart by himself to engage in these seasons of solitary survey of the problems of living; to seek for new stores of wisdom and energy for meeting the manifold demands of social service; to quicken and deepen the supreme purpose of living by actually subjecting the total personality to the consciousness of contacting with divinity; to grasp for possession of new and better methods of adjusting oneself to the ever-changing situations of living existence; to effect those vital reconstructions and readjustments of one’s personal attitudes which are so essential to enhanced insight into everything worth while and real; and to do all of this with an eye single to the glory of God — to breathe in sincerity your Master’s favorite prayer, “Not my will, but yours, be done.”
